You can request revisions within two weeks of recieving your content!
How many revisions can I request?

You can request up to two revisions for your content, free of charge. After your first two revisions, each additional edit will cost $60.
Can the Frederick Films team travel for shoots?

YES! We love to travel!
How long does Frederick Films store my content?

We will store your content up to 30 days following your shoot.
Is it cheaper to bundle services?

Yes! Please note this in your project description when you submit for a quote.
Is rush delivery availible?

Yes, we can rush deliver your video(s) for a fee.
Will I have access to the raw footage?

You can access the raw footage from our shoot with an additional $200 charge.
